Shipping
Wall Decals by Digiflare ships all items within 3 days of receiving order.
You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Returns and Refunds
o All returns MUST be received within 30 days.
o All returns MUST be in re-sell-able condition. Unfortunately if your item(s) and their wrappings are returned damaged, we may be unable to provide a proper refund.
o Custom items (custom colors, custom sizes, decals with names, personalized items) are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
o Shipping charges are not refunded.
o Customers must return at their own expense.
o Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and will only occur on the original credit card used for the transaction.
TAX
All North Carolina orders will include the state’s sales tax; otherwise US orders will be considered tax free.
